1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

• data you enter in the request form: name, phone number or messenger username, the purpose of your request and your comment;
• messages, if you contact us on Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp;
• technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed (with your consent, via Google Analytics).

We do not ask for or collect payment details, passport data or other special categories of data.

3. Why we use it

• to contact you and respond to your request;
• to prepare a proposal and a quote;
• to perform a contract if you become our client;
• to improve the website (anonymised visit statistics).

4. Legal basis

We process data based on the consent you give by submitting the form, and to conclude and perform a contract — in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for visitors from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Who we may share data with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Data may only be processed by the services the website and our communication rely on: our hosting provider, Telegram (where requests arrive) and analytics services. They receive only what they need to work.

6. How long we keep data

Request data is kept for up to 3 years after our last contact or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. Client data is kept for as long as accounting law requires.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we process, get a copy, request correction or deletion, restrict processing and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@orbita-it.com — we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or your local data protection authority.

8. Data security

Only staff who need requests for their work can access them. The website runs over a secure HTTPS connection.

9. Cookies

The website does not use advertising cookies. Only if you click “Accept” is Google Analytics (Google) enabled: analytics cookies for statistics on visits and actions on the site. Without consent these cookies are not set and the Google script is not loaded. Names, phone numbers and request text are not sent to analytics. The data is processed by Google, including outside Ukraine. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
